Should I pull on the current banner?
Pull only if the character solves a role problem, is a favorite you knowingly want, or fits your account plan. If you are unsure, wait until the final banner days and compare the next phase.
Should I reroll?
Reroll if the early route is short and you have a specific target. Skip it if you want to reach events and daily systems quickly.
Can I trust download links here?

What should I not do on a fresh account?
Do not spend flexible pull currency on standard-banner characters just because the menu is available. Do not average-level every character you like during the first week. Do not force full-map cleanup before daily systems and event rewards are unlocked.
Are tier lists enough to decide pulls?
No. Use tier lists as a shortlist, then check whether the character fills a role your roster actually lacks. A lower-ranked unit that completes your cycle or fixes survivability can be more useful than a higher-ranked unit competing for the same job.
