Build templates
NTE builds for real accounts
A build guide should tell players what to upgrade first, what stats to chase, and what can wait. This page gives reusable build templates that can be expanded into individual character guides.
DPS template
For a primary damage dealer, prioritize the skill or attack pattern used most often in your rotation, then the passive or Arc interaction that raises uptime. Do not over-invest in a side ability unless it directly affects your main damage window.
Stat priorities should be written as a range, not a single perfect line. New players need a good-enough target first, then optimization later.
Support template
For support units, value consistency. Buff duration, energy flow, cooldown comfort, and survival can be more important than small personal damage gains. A support that keeps the team rotation stable is usually worth building before a second niche damage option.
Common build mistakes
- Leveling too many characters at the same time.
- Chasing perfect substats before unlocking higher-value systems.
- Ignoring survivability in content that punishes mistakes.
- Building for screenshots instead of daily clear speed.
Build planning from guide-site consensus
Build advice across current guides is less about one perfect stat line and more about team function. Damage dealers need uptime and the right cycle partners; supports need reliable buffs, energy flow, and safe swap timing; survival units need enough investment to prevent run failures.
For early accounts, use a good-enough build first. Chasing perfect substats before the main team, Arc plan, and resource loop are stable creates more delay than value.
- Upgrade the skill or effect that defines the character's real combat job.
- Match the build to team cycle needs, not only individual damage.
- Stop at usable main stats before chasing perfect substats.
- Retest the build in daily content and bosses before spending rare resources.
