Redeem-code fixes

NTE code troubleshooting

Code failures are common during launch windows and version events. Most failures come from progress locks, expired codes, copy errors, or mailbox confusion rather than account bugs.

Start with the simple checks

  • Copy the code without leading or trailing spaces.
  • Keep capitalization exactly as written.
  • Redeem after the phone menu and mailbox are unlocked.
  • Check mail after a success message instead of only checking inventory.
  • Do not retry a one-time account code that already succeeded.

How to read an invalid-code message

Invalid can mean the code is expired, region-limited, mistyped, not active yet, or already redeemed. During livestream and version events, public code lists often update faster than they verify. Treat new codes as testable, not guaranteed.

If several players report different results, the safest guide wording is 'check in game'. That protects readers from wasting time and keeps the code table honest.

When not to worry

A delayed reward does not always mean a failed redemption. Some games deliver rewards through mail, and mail can refresh after changing zones, restarting, or waiting a short time. Do not share account credentials with anyone claiming they can fix code redemption.
