Investors in this round include a number of listed company industry parties and leading financial investment institutions. The funds will be mainly used to continue iterating the basic model of the humanoid robot, accelerating the mass production and data closed-loop construction of self-developed data mining equipment, and expanding the core R&D team to promote the engineering implementation and verification of the technology in real industrial scenarios. This is also the sixth round of financing completed by the company within half a year of its establishment. Previously, investors included humanoid robot mainframe manufacturers such as Beijing General Research Institute, Zhiyuan Robot, Leju Robot, and Xinghaitu, financial institutions such as Hillhouse Ventures, Yuanhe Holdings, Fosun Ruizheng, Huaying Capital, and Lenovo Ventures, as well as capital in the automotive and semiconductor fields. Delta Intelligence was established in January 2026. It focuses on the research of HFMs (Humanoid Foundation Models), the basic model of native universal humanoid robots, and ultimately realizes universal humanoid whole-body collaborative operation (Loco-Manipulation), promoting the real application of embodied intelligence in industrial and home scenarios. Using humanoid robots as carriers to accelerate the arrival of physical general artificial intelligence (Physical AGI). The three core founders all received doctorates from UCLA and have academic backgrounds such as undergraduate degrees from Tsinghua University and teaching at Peking University. The team's technical expertise covers robot learning, large-scale machine learning, robotic systems and embodied intelligence. Its research and industry experience spans Google Robotics, NVIDIA Research, DeepMind, Meta, Peking University and Beijing Institute of General Artificial Intelligence, and has participated in a number of U.S. DARPA, ONR and NSF robotics projects. The diverse research directions and practical accumulation across academia and industry have enabled the team to develop full-stack software and hardware capabilities from cutting-edge research to technology implementation.
