However, according to Fable 5's model card, Fable 5 has additional security measures. This security measure will reduce model performance by adjusting the user's prompt, but will not prompt the user. This means that the model is actually getting worse, but users are still consuming quota at Fable levels. Now, Anthropic has acknowledged the issue and promised to downgrade the second case directly to Opus and prompt users.
