ChainCatcher news, according to Yonhap News Agency, Palantir CEO Alex Karp stated in a letter to shareholders released with the third quarter financial report on November 2 (local time) that the alignment problem does exist, but the real problem is not to align the goals of technological products with human interests, but to align the goals of AI developers, customer interests, and human public interests. The report interpreted that this means that rather than AI agents being hostile to humans, we should be more wary of large AI developers such as Anthropic and OpenAI pursuing selfish goals. Karp has repeatedly criticized AI developers for trying to absorb enterprise customers’ core data and “alpha” (technical advantages) into their own AI.
