NVIDIA’s first Windows CPU latest benchmark! Leaving behind AMD and Intel: but still lagging behind Apple

Kuai Technology reported on August 9 that in the Geekbench 7 running score database, two sets of running score data for the NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X configuration appeared. Among them, the 20-core full-blood version multi-core score was 23126 points, leading the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 by about 12%, but lagging behind the Apple M5 Max by about 35%. The full-blooded version of N1X uses a 20-core CPU plus a 6144-core Blackwell GPU configuration. The CPU cluster is a 10+10 structure, with a base frequency of 4.0GHz and 64GB of memory. The single-core score is 2570 and the multi-core score is 23126. The reduced version has an 18-core CPU plus a 5120-core GPU, a cluster structure of 10+8, a base frequency of 3.9GHz, a single core of 2541, and a multi-core of 21776. Both systems run Windows 11 on Arm. Compared with existing Windows platform competitors, Ryzen AI Max+ 395 uses a 16-core Zen 5 CPU and Radeon 8060S core display (40 RDNA 3.5 computing units), supports up to 128GB LPDDR5X memory, and leads N1X single-core by about 6% and multi-core by about 12%. Intel core Ultra As for Apple M5 Max, this chip uses an 18-core CPU, up to 40-core GPU and up to 128GB of unified memory. The average of 19 public benchmarks is about 3766 for single-core and 35527 for multi-core. N1X lags behind by about 32% in single-core and about 35% in multi-core. The gap is quite obvious. However, considering that the N1X has not yet been officially launched, the performance of the final version may be even stronger.
