You have opened three Agents in tmux. Claude Code is modifying the back-end API, Codex is repairing the front-end components, and Aider is refactoring unit tests. Everything looks harmonious. Ten minutes later, you switch back and see that Claude Code is stuck on a permission confirmation pop-up window, and you have been waiting for eight minutes.
