Anthropic选定麦格理等8家机构负责澳大利亚IPO散户发售

PANews reported on November 3 that according to Bloomberg, Anthropic’s official website announced that it has selected eight institutions, including Macquarie Group, Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s CommSec, Morgans Financial, Bell Potter Capital, LGT Wealth Management, Stake, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Australia and Sharesies, to participate in the Australian retail sale of its IPO. After Anthropic submits its prospectus to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), local retail investors can subscribe.
