Wu Chengyang believes that just like the steam engine did to the industrial revolution, AI brings not a single application, but a fundamental change in capabilities. There is only one word to measure this ability - Outcome (actual output). "The work that originally required 100 people can now be completed by 80 people. This is called Outcome; the accuracy rate has increased from 95% to 96%, which is called Outcome. What is innumerable is not called Outcome." He emphasized that Oracle's advantage in the AI era lies in the "full stack", which connects everything from applications, architecture, data to models. Oracle's strategy in China is completely consistent with the global methodology: "There is no difference in views on AI between China and the United States. The products may be different, but the methodology is the same." Wu Chengyang also gave his views on the current hot word in the industry - "AI native database". He bluntly said that he had not heard the term "AI native database" globally, and it was only discussed in China. He also added that it is meaningless to speculate on concepts purely in the AI era. The core issue is what effect the database can bring to users. At the communication meeting, Zhidongxi asked Dou Jie about the guaranteed delivery of the Oracle data center. Dou Jie elaborated on OCI's guaranteed delivery strategy from four dimensions: first, locking in power and data center space in the early stages of the project to avoid the industry dilemma of "cards but no power"; second, jointly establishing financial arrangements with customers to share supply chain risks; third, adopting highly standardized module and infrastructure designs to ensure that power and GPUs can be delivered quickly after they are ready; and finally, improving resources through refined technical means.
