This round of financing was jointly funded by the world's leading travel technology companies, investment funds affiliated with leading domestic Internet companies, and representative industry funds in the Greater Bay Area. The funds raised in this round will be mainly used for the research and development of personal physical AI technology, the construction of global marketing and sales channels, and the large-scale production and delivery of EV1, the first personal intelligent travel robot. At the same time, the company officially launched the Chinese brand "Agshou". The first personal travel robot is officially named "Agshou EV1" in the Chinese market. It plans to launch business in the Chinese market in the second half of 2026. The first batch of test drive registrations are currently open. Ruochuang Technology was founded in 2023, with its headquarters in Singapore and its R&D and supply chain base in the Greater Bay Area of China. Agshou's first personal travel robot EV1 is targeted at families, communities, shopping malls, supermarkets and outdoor scenarios. The product is equipped with an accompanying intelligent driving system composed of multi-modal sensors, and adopts a chassis system composed of four motors, active steering and four-wheel independent suspension. It can drive indoors and in urban public spaces, and can also pass through grass, gravel roads and some lightly unpaved roads. The intelligence of traditional micro-mobility and auxiliary travel equipment often focuses on electrification and superposition of basic functions. Ruochuang hopes to reduce the user's control burden in complex environments: the machine continuously senses the surrounding environment, determines the driving status, and provides driving assistance and obstacle avoidance capabilities while retaining user control. The underlying logic of Rangsou is not to create a traditional transportation device, but to start from high-frequency and urgently needed personal mobility to create a physical AI terminal that can continuously enter real life. EV1 also has multiple types of data interfaces. By adding robotic arms, end effectors and general multi-modal capabilities, EV1 is expected to gradually expand personal and household tasks such as item retrieval, lightweight transportation and clothing organization. In May this year, EV1 started mass production and delivery. Ruochuang said that the company has now formed a sales and delivery scale of millions of dollars, and the first batch of delivery users have not yet experienced major customer complaints, and the return rate is
