While the embodied intelligence industry is still keen on using difficult movements to demonstrate technological progress, another idea was presented on the Zhiyuan Innovation Day. At this press conference, there were not too many dazzling robot stunts, nor too many eye-catching group dances. Instead, it was more like a technical seminar with extremely high information density. Even at the entrance of the Expo Center, Zhiyuan has set up a large "paper wall" to present the recent core technological progress of the Zhiyuan team. In the past three years, robots have learned to run, jump, and backflip, but after leaving the laboratory, they discovered that a single technological breakthrough cannot support stable work in a complex environment. When large models such as GPT-6 Astra demonstrate physical mission planning capabilities, "real deployment" has changed from a slogan to a question that the industry must answer. Zhiyuan's answer is a combination: GO-3 Preview embodied base large model, AGILE general motion intelligence algorithm framework, and WITA-OMNI native multi-modal interaction large model respectively tackle the three major difficulties of work, movement, and interaction; Lingqu OS 1.0 and AHA3 third-generation hardware architecture connect unified ports from both ends of the software and hardware; Worken (effective intelligent working hours) attempts to establish weights and measures for the actual labor output of physical AI. In other words, Zhiyuan has spread out almost the entire technology chain, breaking down every stuck point in models, data, hardware, and software one by one. All the actions of Zhiyuan point to the same direction - the winner of the next stage of competition in the robotics industry is no longer who is better at boxing, but who can implement the achievements of the past three years into actual scenarios and transform them into a steady stream of productivity. The figures given by Zhiyuan co-founder, president and CTO Peng Zhihui at the press conference provide a footnote for this judgment: in the first half of 2026, Zhiyuan Robot's revenue will be close to 2 billion yuan, and a total of 20,000 Zhiyuan general AI robots have been offline. In an interview after the meeting, he said frankly, "The offline production of ten thousand units is only a victory for the manufacturing industry, and the coming of ten thousand units is a victory for physical AI." Embodied deployment no longer requires a single point of technology. In the past few years, a common competition method has emerged in the robotics industry: those who constantly refresh a certain capability.
