Vision: The world’s first 800V SST high-voltage DC system realizes commercial operation of AI data centers

According to news on November 2, Envision Technology Group announced today that its integrated 800V high-voltage DC power supply system has been put into commercial operation at the Ulanqab Galaxy Base, becoming the world's first system of its kind to be commercially operated in a large-scale AI data center. The system consists of Tianshu controller, solid-state transformer, DC energy storage and DC/DC. Envision’s Ulanqab Galaxy Base was put into operation in August this year, with a planned capacity of 3GW, and the direct connection ratio of green electricity will exceed 80%. Huang Zhiyong, senior vice president of Envision Energy, said that the AI ​​data center requires an AIDC power system that can coordinate renewable energy, energy storage, grid dispatch and computing load. This commercial operation marks that Envision AIDC power system has completed a complete closed loop from green power production to computing power load.
