IT House reported on July 9 that this morning (9th), Tencent Hunyuan announced through its official account that Hy3 calls have surged and WorkBuddy has been urgently expanded. According to the official announcement, Hy3 has received widespread support from users since WorkBuddy was first launched. Beginning at 10 a.m. on July 8, computing resource consumption reached a peak and queuing occurred. The queuing rate once exceeded 50% in the afternoon of that day. In order to provide a better Hy3 usage experience and stable service, the official has dispatched available resources to supplement it as soon as possible, and the expansion has now been completed. According to IT House, Tencent Hunyuan Hy3 model was released as open source on July 6. Hy3 is a model that integrates fast and slow thinking. It adopts MoE architecture, has a total parameter of 295B, an activation parameter of 21B, and supports a maximum context length of 256K. According to reports, Hy3 based on the preview version has further improved the quality and diversity of post-training data, expanded the scale of RL computing power, made significant progress in tasks such as reasoning, agents, and long contexts, and achieved results comparable to larger flagship models at home and abroad (the parameter scale is often 2 to 5 times that of Hy3).
