Tencent Cloud ADP 4.0 overseas version released, bringing enterprise-level intelligence to the global market

Tencent Cloud’s enterprise-level intelligent agent platform has officially launched overseas. On July 18, at the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, Tencent Cloud officially released the overseas version of the agent development platform ADP 4.0, which simultaneously upgraded the three core modules of intelligent workbench, Claw mode, and Skill Plaza, and made comprehensive international adaptation around the four major capabilities of reach, interaction, ecology, and connection. The full name of ADP is Agent Development Platform, which is positioned as an enterprise-level AgentOps platform, covering the entire life cycle of agent construction, distribution and management. Simply put, it solves the problems of enterprise intelligence from establishment, operation to management. Agent Development Platform ADP 4.0 Overseas Version This core upgrade of the enterprise-level agent overseas version focuses on four aspects: First, channels. The Claw application supports mainstream overseas social channels such as LINE and Telegram, and can reach global users across regions with one-stop release. In terms of interactive experience, the intelligent workbench supports custom time zones and multi-region scheduling, and model output can automatically respond to user input language. In terms of open ecology, Model Plaza has been connected to many international mainstream large models, and the platform Skill Complete international adaptation; and, the platform is deeply connected to overseas mainstream SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Confluence, and Jira. A key capability upgrade of ADP 4.0 is the two-way intermodulation of Agent and Workflow. Wu Yunsheng explained the logic of this design in an interview: In actual use of enterprises, some things are vague and open, suitable for processing by Agent, which will consume more Tokens; but some deterministic processes can be done with Workflow without repeatedly consuming Tokens. The combination of the two not only meets business needs but also reduces costs. This logic already has benchmark cases in the country.
