Kuai Technology reported on July 9th that Hongmeng Zhixing officially released the Zunjie S800 technical illustration today, officially revealing the full-stack self-developed 800V fully active suspension system equipped with the S800 Grand View. Different from the mainstream low-voltage active suspension solutions in the industry, this system is one of the few active suspension systems in China based on an 800V high-voltage architecture. The maximum lifting force of a single wheel is 12000N, leading the industry, the maximum lifting stroke is 80mm, and the maximum lifting speed is 400mm/s. The lifting force and stroke are larger, and the response is faster. It is also equipped with a dual-valve continuously variable damping shock absorber with a damping adjustment range of 1000N-10000N, which is twice the industry average. It provides a stronger power foundation for the suspension execution unit, allowing the response speed of damping adjustment and body posture correction to reach the millisecond level. The adjustment accuracy and execution efficiency are significantly ahead of traditional solutions, and can accurately match the ever-changing road conditions. In order to achieve the driving effect of "smoothing the road under the wheels", the suspension is equipped with an all-road front-facing preview system, which uses the on-board sensing unit to identify potholes, speed bumps and road undulations in advance, and completes the adaptive adjustment of suspension damping and stroke before the wheels contact obstacles, actively absorbs road impacts, and minimizes the bumpy feeling in the car. Coupled with the upgrade of the spatiotemporal reasoning network + full-dimensional collaborative control model, AI training enhancement and algorithm optimization, the suspension control accuracy is increased by 30%, the delay is reduced by 50%, and can adaptively match the driving needs of all scenarios: automatically lower the body during high-speed cruising, optimize wind resistance and enhance driving stability; adjust the unilateral suspension support in real time when cornering to suppress body roll; when encountering non-paved roads, the chassis will be actively raised to take into account passability and vibration filtering performance to achieve a balance between comfort and control. Thanks to the maximum steering angle of the rear wheels of ±12°, the S800 is nearly 5.5 meters long and has a minimum turning radius as short as 5.05 meters. Even when driving in the city, it is very nimble.
