The announcement states that the proposed A-share issuance plan has been reviewed and approved by shareholders at the 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting on June 22, 2026, and according to the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the guidance work related to the proposed A-share issuance has been completed. The company will make further announcements in due course. Public information shows that Zhipu (Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd.) was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 8, 2026. It was established in 2019 and was transformed from the technical achievements of the Knowledge Engineering Laboratory (KEG) of the Computer Science Department of Tsinghua University. It has full-link independent research and development capabilities for large models from underlying algorithms, pre-training frameworks to domestic hardware adaptation.
