#SecurityInformation Researchers scanned the Chinese open source warehouse hosting platform Gitee and found 26,000 valid API keys in 7.25 million public warehouses. That is, developers accidentally disclosed sensitive keys to the repository due to operational errors. Some developers initially submitted the leaked keys. Although the files were later updated to delete the keys, the Git history could still be found.
