Microsoft is testing Dark Side of the Moon Kimi K3 and may introduce Copilot and Azure platform. According to "The Information" report, Microsoft is testing Kimi K3, the latest model of Dark Side of the Moon (Moonshot AI), to evaluate its feasibility of integrating Microsoft Copilot, and at the same time promoting the model to enter the Azure platform. Currently, Kimi K3 is still in the internal testing and platform access stage of Microsoft and has not yet officially become an optional model for Copilot. Microsoft has not announced its specific launch time, service area and pricing information on Azure. This isn’t the first time Microsoft has introduced a Dark Side of the Moon model. On July 1, GitHub Copilot has officially launched Kimi K2.7Code as the first open weight model to enter the Copilot model selector, and GitHub provides hosting services based on Microsoft Azure. The model is initially available to Copilot Pro, Pro+ and Max users, with enterprise users needing to be manually enabled by an administrator. Currently, Microsoft has provided Kimi K2, Kimi K2.5 and Kimi K2.6 series models on the Microsoft Foundry platform.
