The theme of this year's WAIC is "Intelligent Partners, Creating the Future Together". Compared with the industry's focus on model capabilities, parameter scale, and demo effects in the past few years, the AI industry discussion in 2026 is clearly moving back: Enterprises are more concerned about whether AI can enter the real process, whether it can undertake specific tasks, and whether it can be verified by business results. In other words, AI is no longer just a tool that “can answer”, but must become a business partner that can collaborate with humans, be embedded in organizations, and create ROI. This also makes the implementation logic of enterprise-level agents clearer. The general model capability is strong enough, but after entering the enterprise site, what really determines the application effect is often not the model itself, but the business context, industry methodology, process dismantling capabilities and verifiable result feedback. Senbo Technology’s observation falls on this point: the winner of enterprise-level AI is not “technology looking for scenarios” but “scenarios refining technology”.
