Kuai Technology reported on August 7 that tonight Cambrian released its 2026 semi-annual financial report. As the domestic leader in AI computing chips, this half-year performance has doubled both revenue and profits. The financial report shows that the company's operating income in the first half of the year was 5.996 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 108.13%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 2.311 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 122.61%. Looking at the two quarters, the net profit in the first quarter was 1.013 billion yuan, and the net profit in the second quarter was 1.298 billion yuan. In the second quarter, the net profit increased by 28% from the previous quarter. The profit showed a steady climb, and the growth rhythm was very stable. Non-net profit after deducting was 2.166 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 137.30%. The profit growth mainly came from the main chip business, and the profit content is very high. From the perspective of the industry environment, major domestic intelligent computing centers and major Internet companies continue to increase their computing capacity. The supply of overseas high-end chips is limited, and the demand for domestic substitutes continues to explode. Cambrian's new generation Siyuan 690 cloud chip has been supplied in batches and is suitable for large model training and inference scenarios. It is purchased in batches by major cloud vendors and government and enterprise computing power platforms, and orders continue to be placed, directly driving the rapid increase in overall revenue. The scale effect has been clearly reflected. The profit growth rate this time exceeded the revenue growth rate, which means that as shipments increase, costs continue to be diluted and profitability continues to be optimized. The revenue scale in the first half of the year has completed 44.4% of the full-year assessment target (the assessment target is no less than 13.5 billion). According to the current order pace, the full-year performance is expected to meet the target. The stock market also gave positive feedback. At the close of the day when the financial report was released, Cambrian's stock price was 1,199.93 yuan, a single-day increase of 2.72%, corresponding to a total market value of 753.9 billion yuan. Prior to this, Cambrian had been in a state of loss for a long time, and only achieved full-year profitability in 2025. It continued its profit trend in the first half of this year, completely getting rid of the cash-burning stage. Industry organizations generally believe that domestic demand for smart computing power will continue to expand, and there is ample room for substitution of domestic chips. As a leader with complete self-research capabilities, Cambrian has room for further improvement in subsequent shipments and revenue.
