OpenRouter, the world's largest API transfer station, was acquired by payment company Stripe for US$7 billion

#artificial intelligence payment platform Stripe acquires API intermediary OpenRouter for $7 billion, just three months after OpenRouter completed its Series B round of financing in May, when it was still valued at $1.3 billion. OpenRouter's business model is very simple, providing customers with more than 400 model calls. The platform charges 5% to AI companies based on user usage.
