Investors include IDG Capital, Lens Technology, GGG Group and Redstone VC, Huashan Capital, Hefei Binhu Development Group, etc. In addition, Stone Venture of the United Arab Emirates has pursued investment in multiple rounds in a row, and many old shareholders such as Oasis Capital, Cornerstone Capital, Nanshan Zhanxin Investment, Shangqi Capital, and NIO Capital have made excessive investments. Financing funds will be focused on the breakthrough and productization of large-brain fusion technology, promoting the large-scale deployment of thousands of fully autonomous humanoid robots, and strengthening global market expansion. The company will further improve its global manufacturing and delivery capabilities, accelerate the layout of key markets such as the Middle East, Europe and other Asian countries and regions, and continue to build an open ecosystem for global developers. After the completion of this round of financing, the company's post-investment valuation reached 15 billion yuan, and the cumulative financing amount in the past six months has reached 400 million US dollars. Previously, Zhuji Dynamics completed the shareholding reform in March 2026. According to people familiar with the matter, the company has started the IPO process earlier in early 2026. In recent years, as embodied intelligence has entered a critical stage of large-scale development, Zhuji Dynamics has continued to invest in research and development based on the full-stack technology route around the robot body, AI infrastructure, and embodied intelligence OS systems, building a complete technology system covering motion generation, model training, cognitive decision-making, and real-world deployment. At present, the company has formed a three-layer technical architecture covering System 0 basic model of whole-body motion, System 1 humanoid robot VLA/WAM capabilities, and System 2 embodied intelligent operating system (COSA) with large language model and world model as the engine.
